Yomojo offers its 4G and 5G services through Optus’ network. The telco’s fastest home wireless broadband 5G plan offers an ‘uncapped’ max download speed but a typical download speed of 225Mbps. Other home broadband plans range from 20Mbps to 100Mbps,
Your actual speed can be limited by several factors such as network congestion, proximity to an Optus tower, and your modem location. You can expect speeds anywhere from 50Mbps to 200Mbps.
There is no minimum term contract, so customers can cancel whenever they want. However, Yomojo won’t offer any refunds for unused plan allowances or credit. In some circumstances, customers could receive invoices with delayed charges up to two months after cancellation for international and previously unbilled 3rd party charges.
