If you have an existing NBN connection, Optus aims to connect you within two business days.
Customers with an Optus NBN plan will have access to 4G backup, which will keep your property connected to the internet as long as you’re in Optus’ 4G coverage areas.
Optus requires you to take your current Optus modem with you to your new address. However, you must leave all NBN-related equipment behind as it will not work with your new address. This includes any box with the NBN logo on it, as well as the telephone and power cord

Aussie Broadband’s internet relocation service is relatively simple and straightforward. The telco offers its services through its website, and customers can initiate the transfer through the phone or on its website. Before you can relocate your internet, Aussie recommends having the following on hand:
