Disclosure Of Commission/fees

At The Monster Group we endeavour to keep our customers informed as to our specific business model and how we operate. It is our moral duty to disclose to the customer that we receive payment of commissions from participating third parties for services and products sold and referred to on this website.

Comparison Service

Internet Monster is a centralised comparison service. It does not, however, compare all ISP's in Australia & New Zealand.

We do, however display the best broadband plans from our providers based on technology & price such as ADSL, NBN or Fibre. Internet Monster reserves the right to show plans we have chosen to make available from our ISP partners to our customers. Our ISP's partners may have other offers available in the market that may be better than what we can offer. We are not stating that these products are 100% available in your area; in some circumstances these technologies or plans may not be available. It’s best to speak to directly to an Internet Monster agent, to see if these plans can be serviced at your address.

How Do We Compare?

Results are derived & calculated by either two formulas:

The plans shown by our ISP providers are all inclusive discounts, meaning there may be terms associated with those offers. We will disclose this to you on the call and will be clearly stated in your welcome pack. In the event that one of our contracted plans is not 24 months. We have normalised this to 24 months. To allow the comparison to have the same amount of time when compared. For example TPG plan is 17 Months, we have normalized this to 24 months. So the total costs over 24 moths can be compared with out other provider's 24-month plans. This is stated on the plan when you compare, however the costs shown is for 24 months.

Amendments To The T's & C's

The Monster Group reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement and the logo from time to time and solely at its discretion. If possible, The Monster Group will endeavour to ensure clients and customers and informed of such changes.

Intellectual Property

All copyright subsisting under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) resides with The Monster Group. Apart from any fair dealing for the purposes of private study, research, criticism or review as permitted under the Copyright Act (Cth), no part may be reproduced, copied or transmitted in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical or graphic) without the prior written consent of The Monster Group. Any copying for fair dealing that is permitted under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) must include a statement that the work is copyright owned by The Monster Group. You acknowledge that the material and artwork on this website is the subject of copyright.
